What is the autoimmune protocol?

The autoimmune protocol is commonly known as a diet that is aimed at reducing inflammation caused by autoimmune diseases like celiac disease, Hashimoto’s disease, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and irritable bowel disease (IBD).

We believe that it’s more than just nutrition that causes flare ups and inflammation attributable to autoimmune diseases. That’s why we built a plan that incorporates both diet and lifestyle changes to help alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms associated with many autoimmune diseases.

Michelle is our AADP Board Certified Holistic Health coach who will double as your mentor and your teammate to work with you to help you manage your autoimmune disease through lifestyle and diet changes. 

We believe that there is no “one size fits all” diet when it comes to nutrition. Everyone responds differently to different foods. That’s why we customize our health coaching sessions and recommendations specifically for you.
